Our 5 Star Strategy workshops extend over two very full days and are designed to involve the full Board and if you choose, your immediate executive management team. These workshops involve pre-course consultations and a fair degree of preparatory work by your team.
However this ensures a productive and valuable 2 day workshop which will produce the strategic framework within which the Board and Executive team can continue to work with us to create the implementation plans and roll out the strategy throughout the organisation.
This programme is not for the faint hearted and it is important that committment is given from all members of the team.
Going Global
This is an intensive programme which we deliver on behalf of Scottish Enterprise. It is aimed at businesses which have already demonstrated considerable success within the UK market and who have now reached the stage of considering operations on a global scale.

Profit Growth Programme
Our 'Profit Growth' programme is for obvious reasons one of our most popular services.
This is a full service programme which operates over a minimum of 6 months starting with a full assessment of your business profit potential and moving through to a full implementation programme of identified improvements.
Unlike many consultants we do not use 'Diagnostic Tools' or 'Checklisted Assessments' - each of our assessments is client specific and based on a thorough 'on site' review of your business operations and finances, talking to Directors and Staff and most importantly using our extensive business experience.
Executive Coaching
Our business coaching programmes are tailored to your requirements but will normally be one to one with the business owner or managing director.
Our one to one coaching starts from as little as £500 per month with no fixed committment on your part.
Organisational Consulting
We offer completely bespoke organisational consulting where we will meet with you to understand your needs with no obligation to engage our services.
We will provide you with a detailed proposal of the work involved and the expected timescales including the committment required from you and your team.
