Murdo Mackay has started and grown several businesses based on products which he has developed and taken to market with particular emphasis on exporting.
An experienced and innovative engineer who has successfully commercialised, manufactured and sold his ideas.
Murdo has extensive experience of International Trade operating throughout the Middle and Far East, Africa and the United States.
Murdo has for the last 10 years been a business advisor to the DTI and to numerous private companies.

Ian Hilditch
Associate Director
An experienced and innovative consultant who has worked with many of Scotland’s Blue chip companies. Ian has delivered Diagnostic reviews of senior teams and designed People Development Review systems which are in use in several organisations.
He has worked with numerous international organizations, both in the UK and overseas, recruiting, developing and training. A firm believer in the concept of fast tracking young talent Ian has strong views in the worth of investing in people.
Ian has extensive experience in people assessment, using his own unique Behavioural profiling and aptitude testing tools.
